1. NO REFUND POLICY
All Dart purchases are final and non-refundable.
MyPost2 operates on a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing Darts, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. FREE TRIAL PERIOD
Every MyPost2 account receives 10 free Darts upon registration. This trial period is provided specifically to:
- Test the Service functionality
- Evaluate content reposting features
- Verify shortlink generation
- Review analytics accuracy
- Assess overall service quality
By purchasing additional Darts after using your free trial, you explicitly confirm:
- You have thoroughly tested the Service
- The Service meets your expectations
- You accept the Service as advertised
- You understand all purchases are final
3. SERVICE CREDITS (NOT CASH REFUNDS)
While cash refunds are never issued, MyPost2 may, at its sole discretion, provide service credits (replacement Darts) in exceptional circumstances where:
3.1 Qualifying Situations
- A verified system failure prevented service delivery
- MyPost2’s platform was directly at fault
- Darts were consumed but the service was not rendered due to technical errors on our end
3.2 Non-Qualifying Situations
Service credits will NOT be issued for:
- User error or misconfiguration
- WordPress plugin conflicts or theme incompatibility
- Server or hosting provider issues on user’s end
- Third-party platform failures (Bluesky, Mastodon, Flipboard downtime)
- User dissatisfaction with service features
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused Darts (even if expired)
3.3 Credit Determination
- All service credit requests are evaluated case-by-case
- MyPost2’s decision is final and binding
- Service credits are issued as replacement Darts only (never cash)
- Credits are subject to the same 18-month expiration policy
4. DARTS EXPIRATION
Purchased Darts are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. After expiration:
- Darts are automatically forfeited
- No refunds or extensions are provided
- Email notifications are sent 30 days before expiration
5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
5.1 Voluntary Deletion
If you request account deletion:
- All unused Darts are immediately forfeited
- No refunds are issued for remaining balance
- This action is permanent and irreversible
5.2 Violation Termination
If your account is terminated for Terms of Service violations:
- All Darts are forfeited immediately
- No refunds or service credits are provided
- Account access is permanently revoked
6. PAYMENT PROCESSOR DISPUTES
MyPost2 uses Ko-Fi for payment processing via Paypal. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or Ko-Fi/Paypal:
- Your MyPost2 account will be immediately suspended
- All services will be terminated
- No future purchases will be accepted from your account
- Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks in disrespect of the terms and conditions accepted by the user when creating the account.
Legitimate disputes should be addressed through mypost.to/support before initiating chargebacks.
7. TECHNICAL ISSUES & SUPPORT
If you experience technical problems with the Service:
- Contact Support First: mypost.to/support (48-hour response time)
- Provide Details: Include error messages, screenshots, domain information
- Allow Investigation Time: We will diagnose and resolve issues promptly
- Service Credits Considered: Only after our investigation confirms system fault
Do not assume a refund is owed. Contact support for resolution.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
MyPost2 is not liable for service interruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Internet service provider outages
- Third-party API shutdowns
- Government regulations or censorship
- Cyberattacks or security incidents
No refunds or credits are issued for force majeure events.
9. THIRD-PARTY SCAMS
Darts can ONLY be purchased through Ko-Fi integration on MyPost2’s official website.
- Beware of third-party sellers offering discounted Darts
- MyPost2 is not responsible for purchases made through unauthorized channels
- Fraudulent Dart purchases will not be honored
10. CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS
Some jurisdictions may provide statutory rights that cannot be waived. This Refund Policy does not override mandatory consumer protection laws in your region. If you believe you have statutory rights to a refund, contact mypost.to/support with details of applicable law.
11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
MyPost2 reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing Darts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
