1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By installing the MyPost2 WordPress plugin, accessing the MyPost2 dashboard (dashboard.mypost.to), or purchasing Darts, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

2.1 Supported Content Types

MyPost2 can duplicate WordPress pages, regular posts, and custom post types that are publicly accessible and store data in WordPress standard tables (wp_posts/wp_postmeta).
The following are NOT compatible with MyPost2:
– Custom post types using private registration
– Content stored in external databases outside WordPress core tables
– Posts utilizing Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) complex field types (Repeaters, Flexible Content, Relationship fields, Gallery fields, Clone fields, Group fields)
– Content types not registered as publicly accessible
Users are responsible for testing compatibility using the free trial Darts before purchasing additional credits.
MyPost2 provides no guarantee of compatibility with all WordPress configurations or custom post type implementations.

2.2 Service Components

MyPost2 provides a WordPress content recycling platform that duplicates blog content across decentralized social media platforms including Mastodon, Bluesky, and Flipboard Social. The Service consists of:

WordPress Plugin: Content creation and repost management
GET API Service: Central billing authority and shortlink generation
SaaS Dashboard: Analytics, monitoring, and user interface

This plugin connects to the user’s MyPost2 Dashboard and sends reposts data to enable its analytics and social management features. By using it, you agree with these terms and conditions.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must provide a valid email address and optional first name (or username)
Email verification is required for account activation
One email account may manage up to 20 WordPress domains under a shared Darts balance
You are responsible for maintaining account security
Age Requirement: You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent

4. DARTS CREDIT SYSTEM

4.1 Free Trial Darts

All new accounts receive 10 free Darts for testing the Service with reposts or 3 free Darts for testing the boosted shortlink service only
Free Darts are granted once per email address.
The addition of domains into the same account do not qualify for more free Darts.

4.2 Purchasing Darts

Darts are purchased ONLY through Ko-Fi integration
MyPost2 is not responsible for unauthorized third-party sellers
BY PURCHASING DARTS, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE:
- You have tested the Service using the free trial Darts (10 for plugin users, 3 for shortlinks-only users)
- You found the Service satisfactory and compatible with your WordPress installation
- You accept the Service as-is per advertised features
- All dart purchases are final and non-refundable except as specified in Section 5
- Darts are valid 18 months from the date of purchase
- Expiring Darts will trigger email notification 30 days before expiration

4.3 Dart Costs

Basic repost: 2 Darts
Boosted repost (with social amplification): 3 Darts
Standalone boosted shortlink: 1 Dart

4.4 Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

Darts cannot be transferred between accounts
Darts cannot be exchanged for cash
Unused Darts are forfeited upon account deletion

5. SERVICE CREDITS (EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES)

While all Dart purchases are final, MyPost2 may, at its sole discretion, issue service credits (replacement Darts) if:

A verified system failure prevented a specific service delivery
MyPost2 determines its platform was directly at fault
No credits will be issued in case of user’s WordPress system discrepancies resulting in data damage of original post or faulty reposts due to error in manipulation of either one of them.

Service credits are determined case-by-case and do not constitute cash refunds.

6. CONTENT POLICY & USAGE RESTRICTIONS

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Content (All Features)

The following content is PROHIBITED from ALL MyPost2 features (reposts, shortlinks, and social boost):

Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or segregation
Illegal content under international law
Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
Third-party intellectual property violations
Violence, terrorism, or harm promotion
Child exploitation material (CSAM)
Non-consensual intimate content

Misinformation & Inauthentic Behavior:

Coordinated inauthentic behavior or bot networks
Deliberate misinformation campaigns
Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or government entities
Foreign interference in democratic processes

Enforcement: Immediate account termination without refund. MyPost2 reserves the right to report illegal activity to authorities.

6.2 Two-Tier Content System & Platform Categories

MyPost2 operates a two-tier content system and offers social distribution through two platform categories:

🚩 TIER 1: Repost & Shortlink Creation (Minimal Restrictions)

Users may create reposts and shortlinks for any legal content, including:

Adult content (18+, sexually explicit material)
Legal gambling, casino, and betting content
Commercial and affiliate marketing
Any legal content not listed in Section 6.1

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for content you repost and distribute through your own channels. MyPost2 acts only as a technical tool provider.

🚩 TIER 2: Social Boost Feature (Restricted Content)

MyPost2’s social boost feature posts content to third-party platforms (Bluesky, Mastodon, Flipboard Social) using MyPost2’s official accounts. This feature is RESTRICTED to general audience content only.

PROHIBITED from Social Boost:

Adult content (18+, sexually explicit material)
Gambling, casino, or betting content
Any content violating Section 6.1
Content violating third-party platform policies

Why This Restriction: MyPost2’s social accounts must comply with third-party platform community guidelines. Adult and gambling content violates these platforms’ terms of service.

Alternative for Restricted Content: Users with adult or gambling content may still create reposts and shortlinks, but must handle social media promotion through their own personal accounts.

🌐 FEDIVERSE SOCIAL BOOST (Paid Service – 1 Dart)

When you purchase Social Boost (1 Dart), your content is guaranteed to be posted to these decentralized Fediverse platforms:

Bluesky – Decentralized social network
Mastodon – Federated microblogging
Flipboard Social – Federated content platform

Service Guarantee:

These platforms are included in your paid Social Boost purchase
MyPost2 maintains direct control of these accounts
Posting reliability: 99%+ (extremely reliable service)
These platforms are the core, guaranteed service you’re paying for
No refunds for rendering variations (see Section 8.1)

🧪 MYPOST2 SOCIAL LABS (Free Experimental Feature)

In addition to paid Fediverse Social Boost, MyPost2 offers FREE experimental posting to select centralized platforms as a bonus feature:

Current Labs Platforms:

Tumblr (experimental)
Additional platforms may be added/removed at MyPost2’s discretion

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS FOR SOCIAL LABS:

No Service Guarantee:

Labs platforms are provided FREE as an experimental bonus
MyPost2 makes NO guarantees about Labs platform availability, reliability, or longevity
Labs platforms may be added or removed at any time without notice

No Refunds or Compensation:

Since Labs posting is FREE, no refunds or service credits apply if Labs platforms fail, are discontinued, or ban MyPost2 accounts
Your 1 Dart Social Boost payment covers ONLY Fediverse platforms (Bluesky, Mastodon, Flipboard Social)

Platform Removal & Content Loss:

If a Labs platform bans MyPost2 or we discontinue it, that platform will be removed from Labs immediately
ALL past posts to removed Labs platforms may become inaccessible
You will lose the ability to post to removed Labs platforms in the future
This is NOT considered a service failure – it’s the nature of experimental, centralized platforms

Why Labs Platforms Are Free:

Centralized platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) can ban accounts for any reason without warning
MyPost2 cannot guarantee long-term access to centralized platforms
By offering Labs for FREE, we protect both you and us from refund disputes when platforms inevitably change policies or ban accounts

Your Acknowledgment: By using Social Boost with Labs platforms, you acknowledge:

Labs platforms are a FREE bonus, not part of your paid service
MyPost2 assumes zero liability for Labs platform failures, bans, or shutdowns
Past content on Labs platforms may disappear if we lose access
No refunds apply to Labs platform issues

6.3 Political Content Policy

MyPost2 permits political commentary, news, and opinions across the political spectrum. We do not discriminate based on political viewpoint. However, all content must comply with Section 6.1, which prohibits:

Hate speech and discrimination
Violence promotion
Misinformation campaigns and coordinated inauthentic behavior
Impersonation and foreign interference

MyPost2 reserves the right to terminate accounts engaged in coordinated abuse, regardless of payment status.

6.4 Certification Requirement for Social Boost

By using the social boost feature, you certify that:

Your content does NOT contain adult material (18+) or gambling content
Your content does NOT violate any prohibited content listed in Section 6.1
Your content complies with all third-party platform terms of service
You understand that false certification results in immediate account termination without refund
You bear full legal responsibility for all boosted content

Audit Trail: MyPost2 maintains records of all boost certifications. All accounts are linked to verified Ko-Fi payment transactions, creating a complete audit trail for accountability and enforcement purposes.

6.5 User Responsibilities & Liability

BY USING MYPOST2, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

You are solely responsible for all content you create, repost, boost, or promote
You bear full legal liability for content distributed through MyPost2
You will comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms of service
You own necessary rights or licenses for all content you distribute
MyPost2 acts only as a technical intermediary and assumes no responsibility for your content
You will defend, indemnify, and hold MyPost2 harmless from any legal claims arising from your content

Content Disputes: If your content causes restrictions to MyPost2’s third-party platform access, you may be held liable for damages to MyPost2 and other affected users.

6.6 Enforcement & Violations

Section 6.1 Violations (Prohibited Content):

Immediate account termination without refund
Potential legal action and law enforcement reporting

Section 6.3 Violations (False Certification):

Immediate account termination without refund
Forfeiture of all remaining Darts credits
Liability for damages if violation affects MyPost2’s platform access

Coordinated Abuse:

MyPost2 may suspend accounts pending investigation of suspected coordinated abuse. Accounts confirmed as part of coordinated misinformation campaigns or bot networks will be terminated immediately without refund. MyPost2 cooperates with platform partners and authorities to identify and prevent abuse at scale.

MyPost2 reserves the right to:

Remove content at any time without notice
Terminate accounts for policy violations
Modify content policies with instant notice and immediate effect

7. SHORTLINK RESPONSIBILITY

MyPost2 provides URL shortening as a technical service. You are solely responsible for:

The destination URLs of your shortlinks
Content hosted at destination URLs
Compliance with applicable laws

MyPost2 is not liable for how shortlinks are used or the content they direct to, provided such use complies with Section 6.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

8.1 Third-Party Platform Dependencies

MyPost2’s Social Boost feature depends on two categories of third-party platforms:

FEDIVERSE PLATFORMS (Core Paid Service – 1 Dart):

Bluesky, Mastodon, Flipboard Social
These platforms are decentralized and controlled by MyPost2
Posting reliability: 99%+ (service is highly reliable)
Your 1 Dart payment covers the posting service to these platforms

SOCIAL LABS PLATFORMS (Free Experimental Bonus)

Tumblr and other experimental centralized platforms
Provided FREE as bonus features
No service guarantees – platforms may be removed at any time

NO REFUNDS FOR POSTING VARIATIONS:

Partial display of descriptions, hashtags, or images on any platform
Delayed posting (minutes to hours) due to platform API rate limits
Image rendering issues or missing thumbnails on third-party platforms
Platform-specific formatting differences
Content moderation or removal by third-party platforms

Your 1 Dart pays for the posting attempt to Fediverse platforms, NOT for perfect rendering. Once posts are successfully submitted to platform APIs, the Dart is consumed regardless of how platforms display the content.

PLATFORM REMOVAL SCENARIOS:

If Fediverse platforms change policies or restrict API access:

MyPost2 will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality
NO refunds issued – Fediverse platforms are reliable and this is extremely unlikely
If a Fediverse platform permanently shuts down, MyPost2 will add replacement platforms

If Social Labs platforms ban MyPost2 or we discontinue them:

Platform immediately removed from Labs
NO refunds (Labs is FREE)
Past posts may become inaccessible
Expected behavior for experimental centralized platforms

MyPost2 CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Platform restrictions, suspensions, or termination of MyPost2’s API access
Loss of social boost functionality due to third-party platform policy changes
Account restrictions or bans imposed by third-party platforms on your content
Service interruptions caused by third-party platform downtime or policy enforcement
Changes to platform features, algorithms, or content policies
Platform decisions to block, remove, or restrict content you boosted

IF A THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM RESTRICTS MYPOST2’S ACCESS:

You acknowledge this may render social boost features temporarily or permanently unavailable
No refunds or service credits will be issued for Darts spent on boost features
MyPost2 will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality or provide alternative platforms
MyPost2’s liability is limited as specified in Section 12 (Limitation of Liability)

USER VIOLATIONS AFFECTING PLATFORM ACCESS:

If your use of MyPost2 violates third-party platform terms (including posting prohibited content per Section 6.1), and this results in restrictions to MyPost2’s platform access affecting other users:

Your account will be immediately terminated without refund
You may be held liable for damages to MyPost2 and other affected users
MyPost2 reserves the right to pursue legal action for recovery of damages

8.2 Platform-Specific Disclaimers

FEDIVERSE PLATFORMS (Bluesky, Mastodon, Flipboard Social):

MyPost2 integrates with decentralized Fediverse platforms and disclaims responsibility for:

Third-party API availability or temporary downtime
Incomplete rendering of post metadata (description, hashtags, images)
Platform-specific content policies and moderation decisions
Service interruptions caused by platform infrastructure issues

While Fediverse platforms are highly reliable (99%+ uptime), occasional technical issues may occur. Your 1 Dart payment covers the posting service, not guaranteed perfect display.

SOCIAL LABS PLATFORMS (Tumblr and future experimental platforms):

Labs platforms are centralized services provided FREE as experimental bonuses. MyPost2 disclaims ALL responsibility for:

Platform availability, reliability, or continued operation
Account suspensions, bans, or policy enforcement by Labs platforms
Content removal, moderation, or censorship decisions
API changes, rate limiting, or access restrictions
Loss of past posts if Labs platforms are discontinued

Labs platforms may be removed from MyPost2 at any time without notice or compensation.

9. DATA ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

While MyPost2 strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

100% accuracy of analytics data
Completeness of tracking metrics
Real-time data synchronization
Prevention of all bot/automated traffic

Analytics are provided “as-is” for informational purposes.

10. ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA RETENTION

You may request account deletion by contacting mypost.to/support. Upon deletion:

All associated user data is permanently removed within 30 days
Unused Darts are forfeited (non-refundable)
WordPress plugin must be manually uninstalled from your sites
Analytics data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form for statistical purposes

TERMINATED ACCOUNTS (POLICY VIOLATIONS):

If your account is terminated for Terms violations:

Deletion is immediate upon termination
All Darts are forfeited without refund
Violation records may be retained for legal/enforcement purposes
You are prohibited from creating new accounts

11. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

MyPost2 provides tools and infrastructure for content distribution and social media promotion. However, we do NOT guarantee:

Specific engagement rates, clicks, or conversions
Visibility or reach on third-party platforms (Bluesky, Mastodon, Flipboard Social)
Traffic volume or quality to your content
Search engine rankings or SEO improvements
Revenue, sales, or business outcomes

Social media algorithms, platform policies, and audience behavior are beyond MyPost2’s control. Results vary based on content quality, timing, audience targeting, and factors outside our platform.

MyPost2’s obligation is limited to delivering the technical service (repost creation, shortlink generation, social boost posting). Performance outcomes are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for refunds or service credits.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

MyPost2 is provided “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” – no warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose
We are not liable for lost revenue, data, or business opportunities
Maximum liability is limited to the amount of Darts purchased in the prior 90 days

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by international commercial law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties waive the right to court proceedings or class action lawsuits.

13.3 Jurisdiction

If arbitration is unavailable, disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of MyPost2’s principal place of business.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MyPost2 owns all rights to the plugin, dashboard, and API
You retain ownership of your content posted through MyPost2
You grant MyPost2 a license to process/transmit your content for service delivery
MyPost2 name, logo, and trademarks are our property

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold MyPost2 harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of shortlinks or reposts
Violation of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights
Prohibited content you create or distribute

17. SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SERVICE TERMS

17.1 WordPress Plugin License (GPL)

The MyPost2 WordPress plugin is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 (GPLv2) or later. Under this license, you have the freedom to:

Use the plugin for any purpose
Study how the plugin works and modify it to suit your needs
Redistribute copies of the plugin
Distribute your modified versions to others
Share improvements with the community

The plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

17.2 MyPost2 API Service Terms (Proprietary)

While the plugin code is open source, the MyPost2 backend service, API, and infrastructure are proprietary and operated exclusively by MyPost2. Access to these services requires:

A valid MyPost2 account in good standing
Proper API authentication credentials
Sufficient dart balance for paid features
Compliance with these Terms of Service

By using MyPost2 services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

✓ Access the MyPost2 API through properly authenticated requests
✓ Use MyPost2 features (repost creation, shortlinks, Fediverse boosts, analytics) on domains registered to your account
✓ Consume darts purchased by or allocated to your account
✓ Receive service updates, maintenance, and technical support as provided
✓ Store content and data on MyPost2 servers as outlined in our Privacy Policy

You explicitly may NOT:

✗ Share, transfer, or resell your API credentials or account access
✗ Use another user’s account, darts, or authentication credentials
✗ Access the API through unauthorized means or circumvent authentication
✗ Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from MyPost2’s backend services
✗ Use the service on domains not registered to your account without authorization
✗ Resell, sublicense, or provide commercial access to MyPost2 services
✗ Abuse rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or launch attacks against MyPost2 infrastructure
✗ Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights
✗ Create accounts using false information or automated means

17.3 Enforcement and Consequences

Violation of Section 17.2 (Service Terms) may result in:

Immediate suspension or termination of your MyPost2 account
Forfeiture of unused darts without refund
Blocking of associated domains, IP addresses, or email addresses
Legal action to recover damages, including attorney fees
Referral to law enforcement for criminal violations (fraud, hacking, etc.)
Permanent ban from MyPost2 services

MyPost2 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend accounts during investigation, and make final determinations regarding Terms violations at our sole discretion.

17.4 Plugin Modifications and GPL Compliance

We acknowledge that the GPL license permits modification and redistribution of the MyPost2 plugin. Important clarifications:

Modified versions of the plugin are permitted under GPL terms
However, modified plugins still require valid MyPost2 service authentication
We provide technical support only for official, unmodified plugin versions
Modified plugins that attempt to circumvent service authentication, steal darts, or abuse the API constitute service violations under Section 17.2 AND may be subject to legal action under computer fraud and abuse laws.
Security vulnerabilities in third-party modifications are not MyPost2’s responsibility
We recommend using only official versions from wordpress.org or mypost.to

If you encounter modified versions claiming to provide “unlimited darts,” “free access,” or other unauthorized service features, please report to: mypost.to/support

17.5 Intellectual Property Clarification

This section clarifies what is and is not subject to GPL:

OPEN SOURCE (GPL v2 or later):

MyPost2 WordPress plugin code
Plugin documentation included in the distribution
Code examples in plugin files

MyPost2 backend service architecture and source code
API endpoint implementations and business logic
Dart system, billing, and payment processing
Shortlink generation and management systems
Fediverse integration backend code
Analytics processing algorithms and databases
MyPost2 branding, logos, and trademarks
MyPost2.to domain and associated services
Customer data and proprietary databases

You may not claim that proprietary MyPost2 services are open source, attempt to reverse engineer backend systems, or misrepresent the scope of the GPL license.

17.6 No Service Guarantee

While the GPL plugin is available freely, access to MyPost2 services is provided on an “as available” basis. MyPost2 reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
Change pricing, dart costs, or service features
Refuse service to any user for any lawful reason
Update these Terms with reasonable notice

Continued use of MyPost2 services after Terms updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

MyPost2 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via dashboard notification upon login. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyPost2.

20. FORCE MAJEURE

MyPost2 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
War, terrorism, civil unrest
Government actions or regulatory changes
Internet service provider failures
Third-party platform shutdowns or policy changes
Cyberattacks, hacking, or DDoS attacks
Power outages or infrastructure failures

In such events, MyPost2’s obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. No refunds or service credits will be issued for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.
